Walkie Talkie is the new IT communication trend

Samsung electronics and Microsoft are bringing back the era of walkie talkie for the workers who works their whole day and night navigating hospitals, supermarkets and airplane cabins.

On Sunday Samsung introduced Galaxy XCover Pro smartphone, which has a push-to-talk button that initiates a chat using Microsoft's teams app. It wil be available to a limited set of android customer in the first half of the year.

By introducing this feature company is trying to give people a more secure tool to connect with co-workers than many of the consumer apps (social media)that are used in the workplace. Rather than to load a personal phone, a work phone a walkie-talkie and a pager on his belt individually, this feature cuts down on the number of devices people have to carry.

After the release of Android 10, rumors about Android 11 have already begun which is going to roll out in 2020 - Google has confirmed this news itself. With the release of Android 10 Google pledged to follow numerical system instead of names (As Android 9 was Pie but Android 10 has no catchy name), but there are some most awaited features will be there in this latest android update.

Android 11 Features

1. Scoped Storage:

We were expecting this feature in Android 10 but Google pushed back this feature after receiving complaints from android developers. This feature give will more control to users over their files, it makes memory read speeds quicker and improves security.

2. Improved Dark Mode:

Dark mode is not the the taste of everyone, there were some issues in the previous update which we are expecting to be fixed with the Android 11. Text color swap takes place with this update which was not there previously. This works specially with Google search.

3. NFC File Sharing:

Android 11 will make file sharing easy by some alternatives which share media files such as photos, videos, music or any other file by pressing phones against each other not like previous method in which we have to tap on the device which we want to share some media or file.
